Kathleen and Amelia met in their freshman year of highschool and have been best friends ever since. They have always loved baking together and decided to pursue their dream. They began making content in 2023 to build a community with those who enjoy the sweeter things in life.

Amelia graduated from the University of Florida in 2022 with a degree in Environmental Science. She is passionate about conservation and sustainability and has incorporated that into her baking, always trying to use local, organic produce and sustainably sourced ingredients. Her favorite thing to bake is K&As signature brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

Kathleen graduated from the University of South Florida in 2022 with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. She is a Research and Development Chemist and enjoys using her background in chemistry to explore how different reactions and techniques in baking can yield exciting flavor profiles and various textures. Her favorite thing to bake is artisan-style bread.
